As one of the most popular mPOS solutions for the iPad, Square can be found across all types of businesses. Like any point of sale system, you need a way to provide a printed receipt for your customers. These Square receipt printers are already approved to work with your Square system out of the box.
So in the scheme of “would we buy these printers?” it comes down to would we buy these instead of other Epson printers? I would probably recommend the T20II the most out of all the printers, I think for the price and features and warranty, the T20II is your best bet. If you are worried about space though, take a look at the M series, especially the M10, it’s very very small compared to older receipt printers. The styling on both of these are better than the T20II. If you’re looking for just pure performance, pure reliability, pure speed, the T88V is still your best bet. So that’s kind of the Epson overview of all their printers. Good printers, probably at this time not their best printers, but they are space saving options, and there are some unique pairing capabilities, so if you’re on a tablet or something like that and you don’t have a USB port, then take a look and see if a proper interface is available for you. To purchase these printers, or for more information, please visit us at POSGuys.com. Thanks!
Only Star Micronics TSP650, TSP650II, TSP100 and SP700 Printers with ETHERNET or BLUETOOTH Connection are compatible with the Square Up App using a standalone tablet or phone. If you are using the Square Stand Hardware, you can use either the Ethernet, Bluetooth or USB version of these printers.

This 3 1/8″ x 230′ paper roll is great for printing easy-to-read sales records, helping to keep track of purchases for future reference. It’s perfect for your restaurant, diner, snack bar, or concession stand!
The standard Square card reader is free with sign up from Square’s website (though it can take up to 10 days to receive it) or available for purchase for $10 from many retail locations such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, and includes a $10 rebate. See Where to Buy Square for locations.
The stability and user experiences of any Point-of-sale solutions rely heavily on the software, hardware and support. We take the initiative to introduce top quality hardware design to endure heavy usage and responsiveness. Nonetheless, we take a step ahead to recommend hardware that is resilient to failure and easily to restore. So that you will have a peace of mind and sell more!
We bought this for a iPod self kiosk we had, it was used for only the month of December 2016. It is an tsp100 eco future print made by star. If you buy it now we’ll include 9 rolls of paper plus the o…
Overall, this is a great printer. I can’t complain about the price because for similar thermal printers, this is relatively cheap. Any cheaper and there are issues with printing mechanics and whatnot.
Really great product. I would recommend this product to anyone that uses this size of spool. We switched over from other companies as this was a cheaper price. Saving money on things like this makes a difference over the long period. You would be surprised what a few dollars a case translates to over the course of a year.
Payment is very similar for both PayPal Here and Square. As mentioned above, neither requires a monthly subscription, so there are no monthly fees. Instead, they both charge per transaction as follows:
To connect more than one iPhone/iPod touch to the one Ethernet printer, repeat these steps with each mobile device. If you’d like to use one iPhone/iPod touch with multiple printers, follow the same steps above for each printer.

Just wanted to update this thread with a solution I came across that could work for your multi-page print issue. When you are at your print preview page, there should be a Scale option available (it’s hiding under “More Settings” on Chrome/”More Details” on Safari or Firefox). Reducing the Scale below 100 will reduce the size of the image and you can keep lowering it until it reaches the size you’re looking for.

To create your own bar codes and labels, you’ll need to use a third-party application. At the moment, we don’t support bar code and label printers and can’t guarantee compatibility, but many customers have success using the DYMO Label Writer 450 and labels with Square.
None of the printers we looked at used ink. The printers use thermal paper. In other words, the paper is heated by the printer to print the customer’s order on the receipt. There are color printers but we don’t think you need this. Most people throw their receipts away or tuck them out of sight. So there’s really no reason to spend the extra money on a color printer.
Features: 100% Brand new and high quality! Compared to conventional thermal receipt printer, the printer has a smaller mini body, more reliable capability, more stable printing and portable advantages…
There are a wide variety of reports you can run from the Dashboard: you can run reports on sales by most popular item, by date, by payment methods, and by category. You can dig deep into sales reports and see which days or times of day most sales happen, and what items sell most at those times. Square can also generate sales reports that compare current sales to sales from a previous week or year, and any of these reports can be emailed to yourself. In addition, you can access customer analytics from the Dashboard, including trend reports for returning customers, see what’s bringing in new customers, and set up customer loyalty programs.
Why, for God’s sakes, can we not have receipt that takes up a single page instead of three pages??? I’ve been a customer of square-enabled businesses for at least 4 years, and Square hasn’t come up with a solution for this? I saw where someone asked this question in April but didn’t get any responses. Please, please, please? Is there some setting that everyone else in America is using, but I’m not? Please help me.
EOM-POS Heavy Duty Cash Register Money Drawer + Mounting Brackets for Under Counter Installation. Compatible with Square Stand [Receipt Printer Required]. Built in cable to connect to receipt printer.
I went for the self-service copiers on a Monday at 5p. They’ve so much functionality as to not require staff assistance which is key as they’re very much slow and overwhelmed with work. The copiers can even accept jobs emailed to them which returns a barcode which you scan on the unit to pull up the file in addition to the usual USB drive insert. I made 11 copies of ledger-sized (11″x17″) which went perfectly. Very nice resolution and print quality. Machines are new and work great with big bright user interface so no confidence loss there. It prints the receipt. Many office supplies are kept in stock such as rubber bands, staplers, rulers, pens, refill paper, etc. Retail area looks old, in need of updating albeit it serves the purpose & all Staples in Manhattan are in similar shape. Handy location across W 35th St from A/C/E train uptown direction uptown-most exit.
